Enzyme Commission Number
EC 3.1.1.2
Product Overview
High-quality enzyme products.
Well-established quality management system.
Reaction
a phenyl acetate + H2O = a phenol + acetate
Systematic Name
aryl-ester hydrolase
Function
Acts on many phenolic esters. The reactions of EC 3.1.8.1 aryldialkylphosphatase, were previously attributed to this enzyme. It is likely that the three forms of human paraoxonase are lactonases rather than aromatic esterases. The natural substrates of the paraoxonases are lactones, with (±)-5-hydroxy-6E,8Z,11Z,4Z-eicostetraenoic-acid 1,5-lactone being the best substrate.
Other name
A-esterase (ambiguous); paraoxonase (ambiguous); aromatic esterase

Normal microbial fermentation odour.
WARNINGS
Keep sealed after use every time to avoid microbial infections and inactivation of enzymes until its finish.
Description
Microbial enzymes have been used in a large number of fields, such as chemical, agricultural and biopharmaceutical industries. Our enzyme production services are based on bacteria, fungi, and yeast, from strain selection, optimization, and process development to scale-up production.
